LEAD TRACKER is intended for use by anyone who operates in a marketing
environment, and who wants to keep track of his/her leads. It is, in its
current form, dedicated to Home Improvement contractors, but may be used by
others whose business interests run along parallel lines. 

Tracks telemarketing sales leads and job costs and profits. Sorts, collates,
and prints reports. Tracks sales leads from initial contact to call-back
through sale to job completion. Powerful new P&L balance sheets yield
real-time profit status. A contractor should be able to automate and control
his/her entire operation using this program. Includes statistical ratios and
reports.

The advantage of using this system is that all formulae for the application
are intrinsically included. The User is not required to implement complicated
cross references nor debug any program.

And because Lead Tracker is PC based, the system retains some residual equity
at all times, so that if in the future the system is abandoned, or an upgrade
is made, a major portion of the initial investment can be recovered. Also,
since the system is PC based, any of the workstations may be unplugged from
the network and used for other purposes...and then reconnected.

Lead Tracker(tm) is modular in design, and expands and contracts with the
User's requirements.

In the case of the Cole Directories, the AutoDialer Sequencer immediately
creates a record after a phone call, that can be used all the way through to
job creation and computation of Profits and Taxes. Lead Tracker(tm) keeps
track of past and future appointments and sales.

New with this version:

* Now  also supports the Hill-Donnelly Cross Reference Directories.
* Added Graphing features to P&L modules.
* Added an Index Card display which allows unencumbered snapshot views of
  groups of Customer records.
* Added a host of new reports for morning daily reports.
* Added Icon which when clicked dumps all Future Appointments in Database.
* Added Pie Charts to Graphing options.
* Sales results graphed in several styles. Graphs Top 5 performers in any
  category; and Sales Categories on same time-line for comparison vs All Sales.
* Wasted Leads, Lost Sales, Avg and Net Avg Sales, and Net Yield / Lead are
  also computed as a by product of the graphing feature.
* Eliminated the need to have an onboard Sound Card. Now older PC's / LapTops
  can use the program.
* New Memopad for keeping track of sales leads and customer contacts.
* This system allows the user to mix all methods of payments and collections,
  with a variety of bank accounts, and keep track of it all in Real Time.
  Do you know your cash position on a given job? Includes a P&L Balance sheet
  which yields real time "Cash Flow" and  up-to-the-minute profit position on
  any job. Easy to update.
* Enabled the Cole Directory Autodialer Sequencer.
* Lead Tracker(tm) records every call made through the system and saves Date,
  Time of call, phone number and who made the call; and will yield a count of
  phone calls made by any Telemarketer.
* Using a host of parameters and statistical ratios and reports, it is now
  possible to find the Margins attained on Jobs sold by any Salesmen...or
  Jobs booked by any Telemarketer.
* Tax Breakdown/Summary Reports between user selected intervals. At the click
  of a button yields tax obligations to Local, County and State governments
  automatically on completed jobs.
* The P&L Balance sheet(s) also act as Check Registers, that allow break out
  of taxes paid, and are very unique in that feature.
* Includes multi faceted Label maker.
* Check Writer automatically prints & records Bank checks extracted from
  the P&L Balance Sheet. Special Checks do not not have to be purchased.
* Weeded out more problems associated with previous issues.
* Added missing Font.
